Schloss-Strassen-Center Berlin.

With the realization of the Schloss-Strassen-Center (SSC) at Walther-Schreiber-Platz, opened on 29 March 2007, Tenkhoff properties has successfully completed its first project.

The object was developed in conjunction with the Generali group and marks the beginning of Schloßstraße, the second most important shopping street in Berlin. The SSC provides approximately 16.100 m² of rental space, extending from basement to first floor and has an interesting mix of commercial tenants catering for the whole family's needs. The flagship stores are leased to ZARA, Rewe and Toys'R'Us, with further household-name clothing chains as well as a large restaurant and café area completing the mix.

The high-quality internal and external architecture is another field where the SSC sets new standards. The interplay between travertine and large glass elements used in the facade design is the object's main eye-catching feature, with lighting effects making the SSC stand out at night.

The center also links directly to the subway and there are bus stops directly outside the entrance. The upper storys of the building provide 365 parking spaces.
