Louisen-Center in Bad Homburg v.d.H.
At the beginning of Louisenstrasse, directly across from the city hall, the Louisen-Center marks the starting point of the pedestrian zone for the town of Bad Homburg. On the site once occupied by the District Office, a retail area of approximately 11.500 m² was realized. Four shopping levels are interlinked via a central access area.
The anchor tenants are leased to Saturn, clothing chain C&A as well as the food market tegut. Additionally, a variety of top-tier tenants for clothing, Home & Accessories, catering and daily needs could be gained for circa 30 further stores.
The center's underground car park accommodates approximately 130 spaces.
Public transport is available in the vicinity and ensures excellent accessibility.
In order to preserve the architectural character and historical structure of Louisenstrasse, the listed facade of the former District Council Office was retained and renovated, thereby creating a unique symbiosis of historic surroundings and modern shopping center. Coupled with modern interior and external design, the Louisen-Center has become the defining factor of a whole new shopping experience in Bad Homburg's town center.
